No, actually its two natural geysers shooting off in the Te Whakarewarewa Thermal Valley, part of Te Puia Cultural Center complex in Rotorua, New Zealand. The colors in this photo have not been altered or enhanced in Photoshop, this is an all natural night shot, made with a Canon Digital Rebel XTi (EOS 400D) with a EF 17-40mm lens at f/4, 1/10. The lighting effect comes from a normal bank of spotlights, which are reflecting off cascading water that is running down the rocks (the rocks are covered in colorful mineral sediment and algae that has built up over the years).
